RETURNABLE PROGRAM DETAILS:
- Return Authorizations are provided between 2/1 and 4/1 of the upcoming calendar year and will not be processed after 4/1.
Return Authorization numbers must be obtained from Graphique prior to return and must include a detailed listing of all merchandise (by SKU). RMA must be listed on all packages. Credit toward future merchandise will be processed upon receipt and processing of returned merchandise. Please fax or email request. Authorization requests will not be processed if a balance in due.
NON-RETURNABLE PROGRAM DETAILS:
- No returns will be accepted

SEPTEMBER 1st: All Calendar Orders shipped or received after 09.01 will be processed as Non-Returnable - FEBRUARY 1st - APRIL 1st: Return Authorizations will be provided between 2.02. - 4.01.
- APRIL 1st: Returns Processed starting 4.01
Each product has a minimum order quantity of 3 - Initial order minimum $250, $150 reorder minimum
- All orders under the minimum will be subject to a $15 processing fee
- Entire order is either returnable or non-returnable; credit on returnable programs will be given only if the invoice is paid and account is in good credit standing
- Prices in effect at the time of shipment shall apply
- Orders that are cancelled or refused are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee
- Policies, pricing and products are subject to change or substitution without notice
- We accept no liability for omissions or errors
- All orders are shipped FOB Woburn, MA unless otherwise specified
- Past-due accounts subject to a late charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual rate).
